Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced Emergency Department. This role is ideal for an RN committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care while thriving in a dynamic clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive individualized patient care using established nursing models (Assess Perform Teach Manage)
• Serve as a patient advocate ensuring a positive and supportive care experience
• Perform clinical procedures and monitor patients as directed by providers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records
• Monitor and manage patient pain levels effectively
• Anticipate patient needs and respond proactively
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions treatments and post-care management
• Communicate complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Registered Nursing
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

Certifications (Required Timeline)

• BLS & ACLS within 30 days of hire
• PALS or ENPC within 6 months of hire
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months of hire
• TNCC within 1 year of hire
