RN OR Specialty Coordinator

TheSpecialty Coordinatorwillwork within ourOperating Roomwhich features 11 fully equipped surgical rooms including two Open Heart suites a cystoscopy suite and a dedicated ophthalmology suite.

TheSpecialty Coordinator will focus on the Ophthalmology Plastics and General service line andis responsible and accountable for assisting the OR Director in coordinating and supervising the provision of patient care managing a safe and healing environment for staff and patients that facilitate the fiscal and operational activities within the Operating Room Department.

Hours:

• Full Time 40hrs per week
• Days 7a- 3:30p
• Mon. - Fri.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Current Maryland RN licensure and CPR certification
• Must have a minimum of one year OR experience in specialty
• Able to scrub is a plus
• CNOR and/or ACLS desirable
• Bachelors Degree preferred but not mandatory

Salary Range: Minimum 50.81/hour - Maximum 78.75/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
