Job Summary
The Organisational Effectiveness Intern supports diagnostic design and implementation initiatives to enhance organisational performance operational efficiency culture employee engagement employee value proposition (EVP) and change management. The internship provides hands-on exposure to organisational diagnostics process improvement and culture and change initiatives while developing strong analytical and consulting skills.
