Job Summary

Domestic Consideration: must live within 1 hour travelling time of G (Messines) Coy SG (27 St Johns Hill Battersea SW11 1TT). Must be able to attend Drill Knights Tue/Wed and work during weekends when require.

Responsibilities are:
1. Permanent Staff Administration including Recruiting & Retention.
2. Supervision of Sub-Unit routines and training including: Admin of Army Reserve Pay Documentation Allowances and routine MS.
3. Sub-Unit Civilian Line Manager Facilities Manager including maintenance of ARC Lettings via RFCA Supervision of Sub-unit Administration Office and Ration Account.
4. Fund Manager of Company Charitable Service Fund Account.
5. Maintenance of Sub-unit Publications Library Preparation of Sub-unit for External Inspections Mobilisation of Reservists (DAC).
6. Battalion lead for My Safety.
7. Battalion lead H&S rep.
8. Sub-unit Security Fire Equality Assistant Welfare Officer and Data Protection Officer.
9. Other Duties: To assist where requested and appropriate with any sponsored associations.
10. G4 management checks on behalf of the Company Commander.
11. Any other duties as may be required by the Commanding Officer.
