About Global Delivery Services

Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EYs strategy by ensuring effective support to EYs growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80000 professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina China Hungary India Philippines Poland Sri Lanka Mexico Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting Assurance Tax Strategy & Transactions and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless high-quality value-added support helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective high-skilled and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. Markets BMC AWS Finance and Accounting Risk Management Procurement People Shared Services IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams along with Service Lines Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics digital user experience mobile technology infrastructure Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

We are looking for Instructional Design Consultants with expertise in System Implementation/SAP projects to join the GDS PC team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in growth of the GDS PC team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with SAP/Systems Implementation (SI) consultants developers subject matter experts (SMEs) and other key stakeholders to identify target audience training needs
  • Utilize ADDIE Kirkpatrick and other recognized models to design and develop engaging SAP/SI course content and learning activities
  • Determine instructional end goals and create supporting material/media for SAP/SI projects (audio video simulations role-plays games etc)
  • Decide on the criteria used to judge learners performance and develop assessment instruments
  • Ensure high quality deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
  • Maintaining and updating the training materials and documentation according to the changes and updates in the SAP system and business requirements
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate to build strong relationships with clients and other project team members
  • Support development of collaterals tools techniques and methodologies to develop the practice
  • Contribute to thought leadership development for the SAP/SI learning domain

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelors or associate degree with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience and knowledge of SAP systems modules and functions such as SAP FI SAP HR SAP MM S4/HANA etc.
  • Knowledge of multiple ERP systems such as Oracle Workday etc. is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of storyboarding visual design principles and branding guidelines
  • Effective writing skills (grasp and command over English)
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
  • Ability to articulate design decisions suggestions and provide creative direction
  • Proficiency with one or more course authoring and learning tools: SAP EnableNow Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate WalkMe Camtasia Vyond VideoScribe
  • Experience developing a wide range of digital learning deliverables: Web-based learning Videos Interactive PDFs Webcasts Podcasts nano-learnings VILT

Ideally youll also

  • Experience with a data-driven approach to instructional design using both qualitative and quantitative data to optimize content efficacy
  • Knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
