Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage shipping receiving and delivery operations

• Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization

• Ensure compliance with safety health and transportation regulations

• Prepare and manage shipping documentation customs forms and invoices

• Operate or supervise warehouse equipment and vehicles as needed

• Collaborate with suppliers carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

• Support order fulfillment distribution and supply chain management

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics shipping warehousing or supply chain operations preferred

• Knowledge of inventory management systems or logistics software is an asset

• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with health safety and compliance standards

• Ability to work in fast-paced high-volume environments

• Flexibility to work shifts weekends and overtime as required
