Job Summary
Job Title: Junior O2C Specialist (Dutch Speaker)
Location: Porto Portugal (On-Site)
Start Date: May 2026 onwards
Overview
We are hiring a Dutch-speaking Junior O2C Specialist to join a global finance operations team in Porto. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in accounting finance or accounts receivable looking to grow within an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
Handle customer invoicing payments and account reconciliations
Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections
Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or similar
Minimum 6 months experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable / Finance
(25 years is a strong advantage)Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables)
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP Oracle NetSuite is a plus)
Dutch (C1) English (C1)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Customer-focused and able to multitask
Working Conditions
Monday to Friday: 09:00 18:00
Weekends off
On-site in Porto
Salary & Benefits
Salary: 1557.10 x 14 months
Meal allowance: 7.63/day
Welcome bonus (paid monthly across first year)
