Role Overview

We are hiring an Automation & AI Developer to design and build AI-powered systems that improve business operations.

This role combines technical execution with strategic thinking. You will assess workflows identify automation opportunities and build scalable solutions using AI tools and automation platforms. Youll also create clear documentation and enable non-technical teams to operate systems independently.

This is a client-facing role requiring both strong technical ability and the ability to communicate solutions clearly.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Solution Design

• Analyze business operations and identify automation opportunities
• Define clear automation hypotheses and expected outcomes
• Design scalable AI and automation architectures
• Present recommendations to stakeholders

Automation Development

• Build end-to-end automations using tools like Zapier or Make
• Integrate AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Claude) into workflows
• Test deploy and optimize automation systems
• Create reusable templates and systems

Systems & Infrastructure

• Manage and maintain WordPress environments
• Handle hosting domains and basic server administration
• Support integrations across tools and platforms
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues

Documentation & Enablement

• Write clear step-by-step documentation for non-technical users
• Train team members on using and maintaining systems
• Contribute to internal knowledge base and best practices

Requirements

• Background in software development or system architecture
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier and/or Make)
• Experience using AI tools in development workflows (ChatGPT Claude etc.)
• Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations
• Experience with GitHub (version control repositories)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure / virtual servers
• WordPress development or administration experience
• Strong written English and documentation skills
• Ability to work with US Pacific Time overlap

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or similar scripting language
• Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel Mindbody or Acuity
• Experience in client-facing or consulting environments
• Experience assessing systems and recommending automation solutions
