What Youll Do:

• Perform on-the-floor quality testing and ensure product integrity
• Troubleshoot systems and partner with engineering and operations to resolve technical issues
• Monitor processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for production challenges
• Support Lean / continuous improvement initiatives (A3 ABS etc.)
• Track and analyze production data to improve process control and performance
• Maintain documentation to meet customer and regulatory standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize quality cost and throughput

What You Bring:

• 3 years of experience in manufacturing technical support or quality roles
• Experience in metals rolling heat treatment or similar industrial environments preferred
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing A3 or continuous improvement methods
• Ability to work independently and across teams in a production setting
• Comfortable working off-shifts or weekends as needed
• Experience with SAP or similar systems and strong Excel skills is a plus
