What Youll Do:
- Perform on-the-floor quality testing and ensure product integrity
- Troubleshoot systems and partner with engineering and operations to resolve technical issues
- Monitor processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for production challenges
- Support Lean / continuous improvement initiatives (A3 ABS etc.)
- Track and analyze production data to improve process control and performance
- Maintain documentation to meet customer and regulatory standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize quality cost and throughput
What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing technical support or quality roles
- Experience in metals rolling heat treatment or similar industrial environments preferred
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing A3 or continuous improvement methods
- Ability to work independently and across teams in a production setting
- Comfortable working off-shifts or weekends as needed
- Experience with SAP or similar systems and strong Excel skills is a plus
