Digital Account Manager

Naplesjetcenter is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. We are a leading private jet charter company based in Naples Florida providing luxury travel services to our elite clientele.

As a Digital Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our digital accounts and platforms including our website social media channels and online advertising campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness drive traffic and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain our companys digital presence including our website social media channels and online advertising campaigns

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness drive traffic and generate leads

- Monitor and analyze website and social media metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content for our digital platforms

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for improvement

- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and effective execution of digital campaigns

- Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback to maintain a positive online reputation

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in the aviation or luxury travel industry

- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and driving results

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics social media management tools and email marketing software

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Passion for the aviation industry and luxury travel
