Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the Betting & Casino industry. Our client is looking for energetic Telemarketers with a strong ability to convert leads and
promote betting and casino services. Applicants must have previous experience working in another betting company and/or casino.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make inbound and outbound calls to new and existing clients.
- Explain products/services and convert leads into active users.
- Promote offers bonuses and new features to customers.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalate where necessary.
- Share basic weekly performance reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Mandatory: Previous experience in a betting company and/or casino. Minimum 1 year in telesales or telemarketing.
- Strong persuasive and communication skills.
- Excellent phone handling and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Google Workspace.
