Summary:
The Digital Services Manager role sits within the Digital Data and Technology team and is responsible for ensuring the effective operation continuous improvement and reliability of digital services. The successful candidate will manage digital teams oversee service performance and drive enhancements based on user and stakeholder feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage digital service teams including Product Development Application Support and Geospatial services
- Take ownership of live digital service operations ensuring reliability and performance
- Act as an escalation point for incidents problems and service requests
- Collaborate with internal services to reduce failure demand and improve efficiency
- Use resident and officer feedback to continuously enhance digital user experiences
- Ensure compliance with information governance data protection and security standards
Essentials:
- Proven experience managing digital services or IT service delivery
- Strong leadership experience managing technical or digital teams
- Experience in managing digital products and services lifecycle
- Knowledge of incident problem and service management processes
- Strong project management and service improvement experience
