Job Summary
We are hiring a Sr. Accountant (Income Tax) to manage taxation and accounting operations for a reputed agrochemical manufacturing company in Raipur. The role requires strong expertise in income tax compliance return filing and statutory reporting along with proficiency in Tally ERP for daytoday accounting. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial documentation timely tax submissions and support audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daytoday accounting operations using Tally ERP software
- Ensure accurate calculation and filing of income tax returns (ITR)
- Handle TDS advance tax and other direct tax compliances
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements ledgers and MIS reports
- Maintain records for taxation audits and statutory compliance
- Liaise with auditors consultants and regulatory authorities for tax matters
- Support budgeting cost control and financial planning activities
- Ensure accuracy transparency and timeliness in financial documentation
Requirements
- / / CA (Inter) qualification (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with specialization in income tax
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MSOffice (Excel Word)
- Strong knowledge of direct tax laws TDS and compliance procedures
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage taxation functions in a manufacturing environment
