Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is required to report to Southeast Michigan (Warren Milford or Pontiac) three times per week at minimum. Depending on rotational opportunities an employee may be required to work on-site full-time.
Each successful candidate will be offered a hybrid role at a specific location. Candidate location preferences are considered but cannot be guaranteed.
The Role:
Within the Product Development Engineering Student Programs we aim to create an environment where college students can build foundational skills gain exposure and gain understanding of our business. We do this by providing engaging co-op assignments networking and developmental opportunities.
Upon completion of the program successful participants are matched to opportunities based on interest and business will be in Southeast Michigan with opportunities in Warren Milford or Pontiac MI.
Required Qualifications:
Enrolled in the Kettering University co-op program
2026 High School Graduateor current Kettering University Freshman-Sophomore
Pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in one of the following areas:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics/Mechatronics Engineering
- Biomedical Engineering
- Materials Engineering/Materials Science Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
- Aerodynamics Engineering
- Aeronautical Engineering
- Controls Engineering
- Controls Systems Engineering
- Systems Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
Flexibility to be placed in either: Warren Pontiac or Milford Michigan
Demonstrates leadership in field of study extra-curricular activities or service organizations.
