• Floating between like units as needed

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is a skilled Radiation Therapist to join a Radiation Oncology team in an acute care setting. The role focuses on delivering precise radiation therapy treatments while ensuring patient safety comfort and adherence to clinical protocols. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments accurately
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment
• Ensure proper patient positioning and treatment setup
• Monitor patients during treatment and respond to adverse reactions
• Maintain accurate treatment records using electronic medical records
• Collaborate with oncologists physicists and clinical staff
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and regulatory guidelines
• Float between similar units as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience
• ARRT (T) Certification (required)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)
• Active state license (required; pending licenses not accepted)
• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
