We are seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager in Portland Oregon to originate and manage a diverse commercial loan portfolio drive relationship-based growth and deliver high-quality banking solutions whilemaintainingstrong credit discipline and risk management.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for generating and servicing avariety of commercial and industrial loans and bank servicesin accordance withindividuallyestablishedbusiness development goals.
- Achieves portfolio growth and cross-sale goals.
- Oversees assigned loan portfolio to ensure proper compliance with loan covenants.
- Responsible for monitoring portfolio qualitystabilityand managing risks.
- Makes presentationsregardingbank products and services to prospective clients and company principals.
- Performs underwriting functions as needed.
- Continuallymonitorscreditquality of assigned accounts.
- Responsible for building andmaintainingrelationships with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.
- May train and mentorlower levelofficers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelors degree in banking finance or a related field and at least 4-6yearsCommercial and Industrial Loan experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
- Advanced knowledge of commercial loans credit analysis lending loanprocessingand closing processes.
- Ability to expand commercial loans clientrelationshipsandcross sellbank products.
- Requires strong sales ability. Solid experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment skills.
- Ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance.
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge ofa softwareapplications including word processing and spreadsheets.
- Manages a medium commercial portfolio.
