This role plays a critical part in shaping how DRAM circuits are verified from methodology design to hands-on execution. Youll influence verification strategy partner across teams and help introduce smarter more scalable approaches. Its a great opportunity to grow technical depth while making a visible impact on product quality.

Responsibilities:

Define and implement new DRAM verification strategies including AI-driven methodologies
Partner with design verification teams to standardize verification approaches
Develop and maintain analog verification testbenches tools and software
Build expertise in DRAM circuit design and verification
Execute verification workflows using industry-standard tools

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field
Experience with digital and analog VLSI circuit design and verification
Proficiency in Python programming
Hands-on experience with Verilog SPICE and simulation debugging
Experience working in a Linux environment and with Cadence Virtuoso

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of DRAM circuit design and operation
Experience with SystemVerilog and UVM-based digital verification
Familiarity with CMOS degradation mechanisms such as NBTI and CHC
Interest in applying AI to improve verification processes and methodologies
Experience leading projects or driving technical initiatives
Strong technical presentation and reporting skills
