Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy Lead supervise and motivate a team of store assistants/storekeepers to achieve departmental goals and KPIs Ensure 100% inventory accuracy at all times Ensure compliance with HSE rules and regulations across warehouse operations Conduct and chair regular toolbox meetings with the operations team Manage staff matters including discipline and performance issues Issue warning letters when required Review and approve or reject staff leave applications
