Working collaboratively with operational leaders you will balance strategic planning with day-to-day people management needs expertly guiding employee relations performance management investigations and other complex HR matters. Youll also play a key role in crafting and implementing policies programs and other initiatives ensuring compliance with provincial employment legislation and standards.
