Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies managing visitor access and supporting security-related procedures for a technology-focused location.
• Monitor access points verify credentials issue visitor directions and document arrivals departures and/or deliveries in accordance with post procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.
• Answer phones assist employees guests and vendors and report unusual activity maintenance concerns and/or policy violations through established channels.
• Support front desk operations by maintaining accurate logs observing lobby activity and helping to deter unauthorized access through consistent presence and attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
