Shifts Available:

• Full-Time: Friday/Saturday 6AM-2PM Sunday/Monday 2-10 PM
• Full-Time: Sunday-Thursday 6AM-2PM
  

As a Customer Service Security Officer your primary responsibility will be to provide JSB standard customer service while ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients customers employees visitors and guests. You will be the face of our organization maintaining a professional demeanor and presenting yourself with confidence and poise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist visitors provide directions and deter loitering
• Respond immediately to emergencies providing necessary support and contacting emergency services when required
• Patrol the site ensuring a secure environment
• Write detailed incident reports and log book entries
• Protect our clients and companys assets from theft assault fire or other safety issues
• Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently as needed

Requirements:

• 2 years of security experience
• 2 years of CCTV experience
• Valid New York State Security Guard License
• CPR & First Aid certification
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Flexible work schedule including weekends
• Strong and Consistent Work Ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Command of the English language and ability to communicate clearly
• Proficiency in using smartphones and tablets
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old (or as per state regulations)
• Authorized to legally work in the United States
• Successful completion of a drug test with negative results
• Pass an extensive background check including criminal history personal references employment and education verification as well as Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
• If prior military must be able to provide a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated upon job offer
