Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
- At least 1 year of experience handling patient records or working with EHR systems
- Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Comfortable using office equipment (computers printers copiers phones)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Core Duties:
- Maintain and manage patient medical records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Pull deliver and retrieve records to support clinical teams
- Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for patients and visitors
- Answer and route incoming calls taking messages as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare documentation standards
