• Pay: Based on experience starting at $24.10/hour and $1.50 shift premium

CurrentShift Schedule

4-Shift Rotation:Rotates between:

• 4th Shift: Week Off
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM 7:00 AM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM
• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM

• Weekday Shifts:8-hour shifts (MondayFriday)
• Weekend Shifts:12-hour shifts (off every other weekend)

FutureShift Schedule:

• In 2026: Transition from rotating to fixed shifts(specific details still in discussion)

Job Purpose:

Machine Operators (Team Members) function as an expert member of a manufacturing area team which is responsible for the efficient production of quality products in the required quantities.

What we are looking for

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma GED or equivalent education
• 1 years experience in manufacturing
• Proficiency in software systems including MS Office and e-mail

Physical Requirements:

• Perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)
• Frequent bending stooping twisting handling and gripping.
• Ability to work at elevated heights climb stairs lean over equipment and operate in confined spaces.
• Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods with shifts lasting 12 hours
• Capable of working in non-climate-controlled areas including hot cold and wet conditions.
• Proficient in understanding communicating reading and writing in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical degree or certifications
• 2 years experience in a manufacturing setting operating a variety of machines
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Knowledge of inventory control principles

• Experience with SAP or other warehouse management system

What will be your Key Responsibilities

• Performs activities and job tasks within a manufacturing line or area
• Operates equipment and changeovers in a safe and efficient manner
• Takes corrective actions in solving problems to root cause level
• Able to assess equipment operating reliability and perform routine repairs adjustments and malfunction troubleshooting
• Performs and/or works with Maintenance to complete equipment preventative maintenance (PM)
• Performs quality control (QC) tasks such as metal checks inspection of date codes item numbers dump logs etc.
• Maintain accurate records of quality check and keeps detailed logbooks
• Any ad hoc tasks
