Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key clients understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Drive sales and business development initiatives to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- Prepare sales proposals and participate in contract negotiations
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience in sales or account management
- Experience in the engineering or technical services industry is a plus
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience working with prestigious clients
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $22 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $28 per hour
