Deep data/ETL testing skills highvolume pipelines reconciliation DQ rules transformation validation detokenisation testing. AIdriven testing experience selfhealing frameworks AIassisted test generation predictive test selection automation optimisation. Automation leadership building and maintaining automation frameworks; Python/SQL expertise for data validation. Quality strategy for large programmes master test planning endtoend orchestration defect governance readiness stakeholder management clear communication partnering across engineering delivery architecture and vendors. Domain awareness telco data flows privacycritical signals secure data handling exposure controls regulatory considerations.
