Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 7 years of relevant experience.

The Quality Engineering Lead is responsible for defining and driving the overall Quality Engineering (QE) strategy across the engagement. This role ensures alignment of testing practices with business objectives promotes automation-first and shift-left approaches and establishes scalable processes for continuous testing and quality assurance.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Define and implement QE strategy aligned with SDLC and business goals
Lead test planning estimation and execution across releases
Drive adoption of automation CI/CD integration and shift-left testing
Establish risk-based testing approach and quality gates
Manage stakeholders including business delivery and leadership teams
Track and report quality metrics KPIs and release readiness
Oversee defect management and root cause analysis
Ensure governance for test processes standards and best practices
Mentor QE team and ensure capability development
