• Flexible schedule

• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing scraping sanding and patching as needed
• Apply paint stain or coatings to interior and exterior surfaces
• Match paint colors
• Use brushes rollers or sprayers effectively
• Protect surrounding areas using drop cloths and tape
• Clean tools and work area upon completion of job
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and to company standards

• Proven experience as a painter
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Familiarity with a variety of painting tools and techniques
• Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Have reliable transportation that can haul ladders and materials current auto insurance and a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must pass a background check

• Occasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force to lift carry pull or otherwise move objects.
• Climbing stairs and ladders using proper safety measures.
• Bending stooping twisting reaching and standing for lengthy periods of time.
• Follow worksite safety and cleanliness protocols.

• Cold or hot weather. Wet or humid conditions.
• Moderate noise working with power tools and equipment.
