Finance Associate
Cedarhurst NY (near Long Island Railroad)
60 - 65k
Work Schedule: Hybrid (minimum 2 days in-office remaining remote)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our growing homecare team. This role offers the chance to develop financial skills and contribute to a variety of projects in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll and billing processes accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with bookkeeping AR follow-up and financial data analysis.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve financial inquiries.
- Support financial audits compliance reviews and other ad hoc projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience in payroll and billing (training provided).
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software.
- Strong organizational analytical and communication skills.
- Some bookkeeping experience and interest in financial growth.
- Motivated detail-oriented and eager to learn new financial processes.
