Senior Architectural Technician

Up to 45000 DOE
Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Glasgow who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Technician to play a key role in the delivery of a wide variety of projects supporting schemes from technical design through to completion within a collaborative studio environment.
Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technician role:
Take responsibility for the technical delivery of projects across a wide variety of sectors
Produce manage and coordinate detailed technical and construction drawing packages
Support the day-to-day running of projects assisting in managing programmes and deliverables
Coordinate consultants and liaise with clients contractors and wider project teams
Prepare and submit building regulations and construction information
Attend site meetings and help resolve technical and construction issues throughout delivery
Key Requirements for this Senior Architectural Technician role:
Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
Significant experience working within a UK architectural practice
Strong technical detailing and coordination skills
Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable
Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
