Job Summary
Make An ImpactWe are seeking a talented Global Supply Chain Planner to join our Global Operations this role you will play a key role in driving inventory health service performance and operational excellence across our finished-goods categories. An ideal candidate will possess a passion for optimizing global product flow and a knack for solving complex supply and demand challenges in a dynamic role is a hybrid position requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Fridays. You will report directly to the Manager of Supply you will do in this role:Own global inventory buys by consolidating regional inputs and ensuring alignment with financial and operational targetsTranslate demand forecasts into actionable supply and inventory plans that ensure on-time product availability and minimize excessMonitor key metrics such as service rate inventory turns WOS and forecast accuracy to identify risks and recommend corrective actionsPartner with sourcing and manufacturing teams to manage production allocation lead time adherence and capacity planningReview global and regional inventory positions to proactively identify shortages overstocks and opportunities for optimizationServe as a liaison between global planning regional teams and brand merchandising to align on forecasts buy quantities and timingCollaborate with logistics to track inbound shipments prioritize deliveries and mitigate supply chain delaysPartner with finance to support budget cycles inventory projections and scenario planningDevelop and enhance reporting dashboards to track performance and support data-driven decision-makingContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency automation and standardization across global planning processesWho You AreRequirements:3-5 years of professional experience in production or supply planningProficiency in SAP and SNP (Supply Network Planning) and advanced expertise in Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines and solve complex problemsExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to thrive in a global matrix organization with competing prioritiesPreferred Qualifications:A Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Operations Management or a related fieldDemonstrated experience with SNP CTM (Capable-to-Match)Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or TableauWhat We OfferComprehensive Benefits: Includes health and well-being servicesRetirement Planning: 401(k) match and educational resourcesPaid Parental Leave & Return to Work Program: Support for new parents and caregiversGenerous Paid Time Off: Floating Holidays Sick Time Personal Days Summer Flex FridaysWork Flexibility: Hybrid schedule plus Work-From-Anywhere optionsTuition Reimbursement: Support for approved educational programsEmployee Discounts: Enjoy savings on Fossil merchandise
