Advantage Dealer Group is excited to launch Advantage Honda of Fox Lake a brand-new state-of-the-art facility and we are looking for an experienced Finance Managerto join our leadership team.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a ground-up store openingwith strong support high volume potential and clear growth opportunities within our organization.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Finance Manager will be responsible for securing financing for customers presenting F&I products ensuring compliance and maximizing profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Secure financing and present loan/lease options to customers
- Present and sell F&I products (service contracts GAP protection plans etc.)
- Ensure all deals are structured for maximum profitability and compliance
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Accurately complete all paperwork and ensure legal compliance
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth deal flow
- Deliver a transparent professional and efficient customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience required
- Strong knowledge of lenders deal structuring and compliance
- Proven track record of performance in F&I production
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
