You will represent our portfolio of complex automated packaging equipment working directly with decision-makers to uncover opportunities influence outcomes and close high-value technically sophisticated projects. This role requires extensive travel across the United States and a high level of personal drive resilience and ownership.

What youll do
- Own and develop a U.S. or Canadian sales territory for complex capital packaging equipment
- Prospect qualify and advance new business opportunities in uncharted or underdeveloped markets
- Lead long-cycle consultative sales processes from initial engagement to contract close
- Influence technical operational and executive stakeholders through credibility and persistence
- Collaborate with Engineering Applications and Operations to craft winning solutions
- Adapt priorities quickly to maximize momentum and results
- Represent the company at customer sites industry events and trade shows
