Job Summary
Overview
Fellowship Square is seeking an experienced and missiondriven Director of Assisted Living to provide executive leadership for the Assisted Living department at one of our campuses. This key leadership role is responsible for departmental operations care delivery regulatory compliance and staff leadership while ensuring residents receive highquality services in a safe respectful and engaging environment.
Position Overview
The Director of Assisted Living oversees the daytoday operations of the Assisted Living department and serves as a member of the campus leadership team. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements leads and develops staff manages departmental resources and promotes a culture of service excellence accountability and teamwork.
Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Provide operational and strategic leadership for the Assisted Living department
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements licensure standards and resident rights
- Lead mentor manage managers and staff including performance management and professional development
- Oversee staffing scheduling and workforce planning to support quality care and operational efficiency
- Manage departmental budgets and monitor financial performance
- Partner with residents and families to support satisfaction and address concerns
- Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Experience teams to support occupancy and resident engagement
- Promote a culture of dignity respect hospitality and accountability
- Respond to operational needs and emergencies as required
Qualifications
What Were Looking For
- Valid Assisted Living Facility Manager License issued or recognized by the State of Arizona (required).
- Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in assisted living longterm care or a related healthcare setting
- Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of assisted living operations regulatory compliance and medication management
- Proven leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook

- Experience in a nonprofit or missiondriven organization
- Budget management and financial oversight experience
- Quality improvement and change management experience
- Demonstrated commitment to resident-centered care and quality outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced care environment
