HUD Social Services Coordinator

The HUD Social Services Coordinator supports the HUD Property Manager in the daily operations of a federally subsidized senior housing community. This role focuses on resident service coordination HUD compliance support and connecting residents with community-based resources to promote successful aging in place.

• Support the HUD Property Manager with day-to-day administrative and compliance operations
• Coordinate resident services referrals and case management activities
• Maintain resident files certifications and documentation in accordance with HUD regulations
• Serve as a liaison between residents and community service providers
• Assist with reporting audits and HUD-required documentation
• Promote a welcoming supportive environment for residents

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with seniors housing programs or social services preferred
• Ability to understand and comply with HUD regulations
• Valid AZ drivers license and ability to drive company vehicles
• Strong communication organizational and computer skills
