As a Security Officer Badge Verification in BOISE ID you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic tech and telecom location where you will help manage access control monitor assigned areas and support day-to-day security-related this role you will remain visible conduct routine patrols and deliver strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and contractors by carrying out access control procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a dynamic business location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials and visitor authorization and document arrivals departures and/or deliveries in line with access control protocols.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business lobby areas and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual activity noting that working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state county or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
