As a Cloud Telephony Sales Manager at PHMG you will assume a pivotal role in orchestrating a world-class customer encounter for our clients through the seamless integration of our cloud-based phone solutions. With a primary focus on newly onboarded clients your mission is to enhance their operational efficiency and elevate their customer interactions by introducing our cutting-edge Complete Caller Experience service. Your responsibility involves strategically positioning our technical solutions to generate additional revenue and unlock the full potential of their communication infrastructure.
Your role is paramount in establishing the trajectory of the clients journey with us. With exceptional interpersonal skills youll in still a sense of value and anticipation in our clients fostering a dynamic that feels less transactional and more partnership-oriented right from the start.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in face-to-face B2B sales within telecoms UCaaS VoIP or connectivity solutions
- Strong track record selling cloud telephony platforms (e.g. hosted PBX SIP trunking call centre solutions MS Teams telephony integration)
- Consistent history of closing deals within short sales cycles particularly in SME and mid-market environments
- Deep understanding of telecoms infrastructure call flows number porting and business telephony requirements
- Ability to engage and influence business owners CEOs and C-suite executives within B2B organisations
- Skilled in consultative and solution-based selling using frameworks such as SPIN with a focus on identifying pain points
- Confident in delivering product demos and explaining technical value propositions (call quality reliability integrations analytics compliance) in a clear commercial way
- Strong closing mindset with the ability to win high volumes of business often within first or second meetings
- Experience handling objections around switching providers contracts uptime and migration risk
- Highly driven self-motivated team player with strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline
