Division: Product Strategy & Innovation (PSI)

The Product Strategy and Innovation (PSI) division is responsible for the endtoend management of Euroclear Groups products and services. Its objective is to define and execute the product strategy identify market gaps and growth opportunities and continuously enhance Euroclears product offering in line with Group strategy market evolution and technological developments.

Working closely with Commercial and Euroclear entities PSI teams define growth strategies shape the evolution of core products and ancillary services and leverage Euroclears data capabilities. PSI Directors are accountable for defining product strategy driving execution and owning the P&L of their product lines.

Your role

As FX Product Specialist you will play a key role in building Euroclears FX product capability a core pillar of the Groups longterm strategy. The initial flagship offering is AutoFX automated FX embedded into settlement income and redemption workflows.

You are responsible for defining and executing the FX product roadmap shaping a clear and compelling value proposition and acting as the link between client needs commercial priorities and platform development. You will work across the organisation to ensure FX solutions are clientcentric scalable competitive and fully embedded into Euroclears posttrade ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Define maintain and execute the FX product roadmap aligned with Euroclears phased strategy (AutoFX cash management and hedging solutions).
• Develop and continuously refine the FX value proposition including clientfacing documentation and product positioning.
• Perform client segmentation analysis and contribute to pricing strategy design in collaboration with Finance and Sales.
• Translate client requirements and market feedback into structured product and technology specifications for internal development teams and external partners.
• Work closely with partner banks to ensure the integrated FX workflow meets client expectations across pricing latency execution and reporting.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch including UAT documentation and training materials for Sales and Client Services.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and regulatory developments (e.g. T+1 FX conduct standards) to ensure product relevance and compliance.
• Contribute to business case development and present product progress and insights to senior stakeholders.

Stakeholder Interaction

You will collaborate closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders including:

• Banking Division (Euroclear Bank): Front Office Middle Office Back Office and Credit teams.
• Sales & Relationship Management: Supporting effective product rollout client conversations and commercial traction.
• Product Business Analysts & IT / Application Domain Management: Driving efficient project execution and timely delivery.
• Operations: Supporting businessasusual activities and handling operational escalations.
• Legal: Ensuring appropriate legal frameworks and documentation are in place.
• Finance Audit & Risk Management: Supporting a robust control and governance framework.

Your Profile

• 58 years of experience in FX product management FX structuring or a related role within a bank market infrastructure or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of FX products (in particular spot and forwards) and endtoend FX workflows (pretrade execution posttrade).
• Proven experience translating business and client needs into structured product and/or technical specifications.
• Familiarity with FX pricing models client segmentation and commercial structuring.
• Strong ability to work crossfunctionally across Sales Technology Operations Risk and Control functions.
• Analytical and detailoriented mindset comfortable using data to inform product decisions.
• Knowledge of posttrade infrastructure (settlement custody collateral) is a strong asset.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce highquality documentation independently.
