Duties

• Manage all accounting functions including accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and general ledger activities.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements reports and budgets to inform strategic decision-making.

• Oversee account reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies trends or potential issues requiring attention.

• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Sage Xero and other platforms to streamline financial operations.

• Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and prepare necessary documentation.

• Lead budgeting processes by developing forecasts and monitoring financial performance against budgets.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team fostering continuous improvement in financial procedures.

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks Sage Xero and other relevant platforms.

• CPA required

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Experience with accounts payable accounts receivable payroll processing and account reconciliation.

• Excellent analytical skills for account analysis and financial reporting.

• Ability to develop budgets and perform variance analysis effectively.
