The Technical Assistant (NaaS) supports the delivery and operation of Network as a Service (NaaS) capabilities.

The incumbent will perform duties across the following key areas:

Change Implementation
Resource Management
Information Management
Project Support
Business Administration

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience of using an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool to manage IT service management processes (e.g. incident problem change request fulfilment).
ITIL KnowledgeSolid working knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in service operations and support.
Project Management ToolsPractical experience using MS Project or ServiceNow for project planning scheduling tracking and reporting.
