Job Summary
The Department of Natural Resources & Conservation (DNRC) is seeking a motivated Human Resource this role you will be the primary HR professional for the assigned DNRCs Forestry and Trust Lands Division providing a full range of human resource services including recruitment and selection employee and labor relations FMLA/ADA administration onboarding training classification and compensation and EEO/Civil Rights compliance. You will advise leaders coach employees investigate workplace concerns provide formal human resource training and help design HR solutions that improve how the organization operates. As a member of the human resources team you will work collaboratively to achieve collective agency human resource goals.

Minimum Qualifications
Alternative combinations of the education and experience listed below will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
A total of six years of experience and/or education in the human resources field.
Preferred education and experience include a bachelors degree in human resources organizational development or related field and two years of human resource-related experience.
Human Resources Professional Certification through HRCI or SHRM is preferred not required.
