Job Summary

Our Housekeepers play a vital role in maintaining a clean safe and welcoming environment for our residents. This position requires attention to detail a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service. Youll also interact with residents regularly so friendliness and professionalism are key.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fully stocked cleaning cart with necessary supplies
• Clean resident apartments and common areas daily (dusting mopping sanitizing scrubbing) according to community standards
• Demonstrate respect for each residents rights dignity and individuality
• Respect resident privacy and preferences including room arrangements and personal belongings
• Knock and announce yourself before entering resident spaces
• Respond promptly and politely to resident requests or concerns
• Safely dispose of trash and waste following proper procedures for contaminated materials

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a home office or hotel setting preferred
• Ability to follow cleaning product instructions and safety guidelines
• Ability to stand and be active for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to pass a background check
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
