Schedule: Monday Friday 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Duration: 9 Weeks (Temp to Hire)
Pay Rate: Up to $4838/week

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Nurse Supervisor/ADONfor an exciting Travel or Local job inNew York NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement programs to enhance patient care quality and staff performance
• Monitor and evaluate patient care services across assigned units
• Collaborate with nurse managers to assess unit performance and identify improvement areas
• Communicate findings and assist in implementing corrective action plans
• Develop and maintain record-keeping systems for medication errors and staff counseling
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations policies and quality standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across clinical departments
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
• Maintain effective communication with interdisciplinary teams
• Promote a culture of safety accountability and high-quality patient care

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 7 years of nursing experience
• At least 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of patient care standards and clinical operations
• Leadership team management and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to assess performance and implement corrective actions
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Masters Degree in Nursing (Preferred)

Required Certifications & Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Primary Source Verification from NYS Department of Education (NYSED)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
