Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement programs to enhance patient care quality and staff performance
Monitor and evaluate patient care services across assigned units
Collaborate with nurse managers to assess unit performance and identify improvement areas
Communicate findings and assist in implementing corrective action plans
Develop and maintain record-keeping systems for medication errors and staff counseling
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations policies and quality standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives across clinical departments
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
Maintain effective communication with interdisciplinary teams
Promote a culture of safety accountability and high-quality patient care
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 7 years of nursing experience
At least 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience
Strong knowledge of patient care standards and clinical operations
Leadership team management and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to assess performance and implement corrective actions
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Education
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Required)
Masters Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
Required Certifications & Licensure
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
