• Operational Leadership: Direct andoptimizethe daily operations of theProfessionalServices team with a primary focus on consulting and project management delivery.

• Team Management & Scaling: Lead mentor and develop a large high-performing team of technical professionals. Drive resource planning performance management and capacity forecasting to meet business demands.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Forge andmaintainsolid productive relationships with vital internal departments(most notably Sales andCustomer Retention)to ensure a cohesive customer journeyexperience.

• Global Alignment: Act as the primary operational liaison withEplansheadquarters andmanagingcounterpartsto synchronize strategies share best practices andmaintainglobal service standards.

• Presales & Consulting Strategy:Guidethe consulting team in developing tailored high-value technical solutions that align with client requirements and drive software adoption.

• Project Governance: Oversee the project management lifecycle for key accounts ensuring that implementations are delivered on time within scope and aligned with profitability targets.

• RevenueResponsibility:Responsiblefor meeting and exceeding budgeted numbersfor the consulting side of the business.

• Educational Background:Abachelorsdegree in a relevant field isrequired. Amasters degree in engineeringor an MBA is highly preferred.

• Industry Experience:Significantdemonstratedexperience leading and managing large teams within the professional services sector of the software industry.

• Program Management:Proven qualifications anddemonstratedcapabilities in program management witha track recordof successfully overseeing complex multi-phase technical initiatives.

• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of software consulting pre-sales workflows and project management methodologies.

• Exceptional Relationship Builder: Natural ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels bridging technical and commercial disciplines seamlessly.

• Strategic & Analytical Thinker: Capable of translating high-level business goals into actionable operational strategies and metrics.
