As a Sales Executive you will take ownership of your assigned sales territory developing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts.

This is a high-impact client-facing role where you will be responsible for driving revenue building relationships and positioning technical solutions in industrial markets.

What Youll Do

  • Prospect and develop new B2B customers through cold calling outreach and networking.

  • Manage and grow your sales territory and pipeline.

  • Conduct on-site client visits to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Present and promote technical products to industrial and manufacturing clients.

  • Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Prepare quotes follow up on proposals and negotiate with clients.

  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM (Salesforce or similar).

  • Represent Venair at trade shows exhibitions and industry events.

  • Open new accounts and expand relationships within key customers.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree required (Engineering Business Biotechnology or similar).

  • 1 years of experience in B2B sales (industrial technical biomedical or manufacturing environments is a plus).

  • Strong experience in cold calling pipeline generation new business development and closing deals.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

  • Highly organized proactive and results-driven.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.

  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within your territory.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total Compensation: $64000$85000/year (gross) based on experience.
