About the role
As theMarketing and Sales Responsiblefor thebusiness areaIntegration you willbe part of the management team responsible for an area experiencing rapid growth and carrying substantial strategic importance for W5 Solutions.
You willbe responsible forbusiness opportunities within ourCommunication andSystemsIntegration responsibility includes among other things:
Identifyopportunities andpotentialcustomers
Build and winbusinesscasesof varying complexity and in different markets
Create quotation documentation and project manage our quotation teams
Contributewithsales and customerexpertisein development and delivery projects
Physical customer visits both national and international
In addition to this you will have overall responsibility for the business areas forum for following up and deciding on offers coordinating our sales activities keeping our CRM system up to date and applying and developing our sales process in harmony with the rest of the Group. You will also be the business areas contact person for marketing communication and collaborate with W5s central marketing team.
Who we are looking for
To succeed in this role we believe you have a wide network of contacts and are comfortable taking responsibility for business budgetgoalsand delivery. Youare confident in making decisions and experienced in planning structuring and driving assignments to the finish line both independently and in collaboration with your colleagues.
We believe you bring:
Experience in product and project sales preferably within the defence sector
A relevant university degree
The availability and interest to travel between 4060 days per year
Fluency in both Swedish and English in both spoken and written forms
Strong skills in MS Office (all parts)
Swedish citizenship
It is an advantage if you have:
Knowledge of communication systems andcables/harnesses
Experienceofintegrationprojects
Experience from the Swedish Armed Forces
