Job Summary
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Acquire and ensure timely acquisition of visas for travelers by maintaining relationships with consulates embassies and other international government agencies etc.
- Coordinate and provide comprehensive travel services including arranging travel itineraries accommodations and ground transportation
- Negotiate and manage service contracts with travel management companies airlines shuttle service companies and hotels
- Conduct analyses and prepare reports and presentations as requested. Analyze travel-related data and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Handle and research visa process independently respond to ad hoc assignments given by the Area Travel Manager and support emergencies when needed in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree holder preferred and with at least 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fluent in English and Cantonese both written and oral. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
- Demonstrated experience on providing and leading improvements in customer service
- Possess strong business sense organizational negotiation and communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills adaptable flexible in a changing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other common computer software
- Able to travel (mostly within Asia) when required
