We are seeking an enthusiastic highly organised and self-motivated Food & Beverage Coordinator to join our team.
This role is vital to the success of the F&B division and works across the entire estate to achieve a multitude of tasks! From scheduling to ordering this role is fast paced and diverse no two days are ever the same; your can-do attitude and impeccable attention to detail will be required to make things happen!
The on target earning potential for this role is 36973/ per annum - comprising a base salary of 29973 plus a qualified estimate of 7000 in gratuities and service charge. * As a member of the Gleneagles team you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks benefits and rewards

Heres a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
- Acting as a key liaison between our Culinary and F&B management teams coordinating all menu updatesfrom gathering information to building formatting and communicating changes clearly to stakeholders
- Managing and maintaining the Food Bible ensuring all content is accurate up to date professionally presented and appropriately distributed
- Preparing and printing menus and operational materials across all outlets supporting launches and updates within the wider F&B operation
- Liaising with our Finance and F&B Accounts teams on POS updates ensuring changes are requested tracked and accurately implemented in the operation
- Overseeing the procurement and replenishment of Front of House collateral ensuring all outlets are consistently equipped for seamless service
- Maintaining recipe accuracy within Procure Wizard ensuring all data is correctly inputted and systems are kept up to date
- Ensuring recipe changes ingredient updates and menu amendments are reflected consistently across systems documentation and operations
- Working closely with culinary and management teams to maintain alignment across kitchen documentation menus and operational systems
- Supporting our Food & Beverage Manager and outlet leadership team to keep the division organised efficient and well supported day to day
- Participating in team meetings taking minutes where required and following up on actions to support progress and accountability
- Building strong working relationships across the business communicating confidently with internal teams suppliers and contractors
- Supporting onboarding administration menu launches and system updates as required
- Taking pride in the detail organisation and presentation that underpin a consistently high-performing F&B operation
- Interacting with our guests always warm professional helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

- A natural organiser with exceptional attention to detail you take huge pride in delivering accurate polished work; you also have a passion for accuracy consistency and presentation within a luxury Food & Beverage setting
- Youre adept at managing multiple priorities with the ability to work independently while building strong relationships across departments
- A clear and professional communicator youre comfortable acting as a link between operational culinary and administrative teams
- You have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to see tasks through from start to finish and being proactive and resourceful are second nature to you
- Positive and confident in your approach you have a genuine enjoyment of supporting others in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Previous experience with menus systems or hospitality administration would be advantageous
- You have a positive can do attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; youre passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
