Job Summary
We are working with a flagship school in Tower Hamlets seeking a proactive Facilities Manager for an ASAP start. This is a full-time permanent role responsible for the operational readiness of a technology-rich campus.
The Role
Site Oversight: Manage the maintenance security and cleanliness of the school buildings and grounds with total precision.
Health & Safety: Act as the Lead for all on-site compliance including fire safety risk assessments and contractor management.
Team Leadership: Supervise the site and cleaning teams to ensure a well-ordered and safe environment for scholarly inquiry.
Project Management: Oversee capital works and facility improvements to ensure zero learning time is lost due to site issues.
