Job Summary

We are working with a secondary school in Croydon seeking an organised Careers Advisor for an ASAP start. This is a full-time permanent role focused on inspiring students to reach their highest potential in their future vocations.

The Role

  • Guidance: Provide one-to-one careers advice and scholarly guidance to students across Key Stages 4 and 5.

  • Engagement: Build partnerships with local employers universities and colleges to offer diverse opportunities for students.

  • Curriculum Support: Help integrate careers education into the wider school curriculum with professional excellence.

  • Reporting: Track student destinations and provide technical support for statutory careers reporting and Gatsby Benchmark compliance.
