Job Summary
Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals on-site - Monitor surveillance cameras and respond promptly to any suspicious activities or incidents
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and ensuring authorized entry
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner following established protocols
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities including incident reports and shift logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property Skills: - Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems
- Possession of a valid security certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Excellent conflict management abilities to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures is preferred
- Familiarity with law enforcement practices and regulations is a plus
